All prices are current and apply only on the day an order is placed. Customers will be invoiced at the price in effect on the day the order is placed providing Derma accepts the order. All prices shown include VAT.

The presentation of goods along with a price on is not a binding offer and should only be perceived as an invitation to place an order. An order placed for goods from is a binding offer to to buy the goods on the conditions stipulated and does not imply binding acceptance.
A binding contract between the customer and becomes effective when accepts the offer made by the customer in the form of an order confirmation.

The site accepts Dankort/VISA Dankort, eDankort, VISA/ VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and JCB Cards. The Derma Webshop does not charge a fee on card transactions.

Delivery time is usually 1-3 weekdays. Derma Webshop bears responsibility for the goods until received by you.

If you change your mind (right of cancellation)

Orders can be cancelled within a period of 14 days of purchase.

The right of cancellation expires 14 days after the date on which you receive the goods. You must inform us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to cancel an order. Please write to or call +45 86477744 to make a cancellation. State clearly and concisely that you wish to execute your right of cancellation when contacting us. You can also use our standard cancellation form and return it with the goods (se below). The form is enclosed with your order confirmation.

You cannot refuse delivery of the goods without notifying us no later than the time of delivery.

If you do not pick up the goods when notified, then the order will be considered cancelled, and the money will be returned to the buyer.

Please return a cancelled order to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us of cancellation. All costs incurred for returning goods are borne by you.

You are liable for ensuring that goods to be returned are appropriately packed.

You bear the risk for the goods from the time they are delivered to you.

Goods exempted from the right of cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply if the packaging is broken/ the product har been used since skin care products are not suitable for return on hygiene and durability grounds. If the packaging is broken/ the product har been used, the loss of value will be 100 %.

The condition of the goods when returned
The product(s) must be returned to us in the same condition in which you received them since skin care products are not suitable for return if the packaging has been broken/ the product has been used due to health or hygiene concerns.

Refunding the purchase price
If you cancel an order, we will of course refund the amount you paid. In the event of loss of value for which you are liable, a deduction will be made from the refund. You are liable for all costs incurred for returning goods as a result of cancellation.

If you execute your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any extra costs incurred as a result of your choice of an alternative form of carriage other than the cheapest form we offer), without undue delay and always within 14 days of the date on which we receive notification of your decision to cancel the order. The refund will be made using the same payment channel you used when placing the order, unless you specify some other form of payment.

We can withhold refunds until we have received the goods, unless you have provided proof in advance that you have returned them.

What do I need to return?
Enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The process can be accelerated if you use our standard cancellation form.

If there is anything wrong with your goods (warranty)

The articles of the Sale of Goods Act pertaining to defects and deficiency apply to all purchases.

When shopping at, you automatically have 24 months warranty. That means that you can in principle have the goods repaired, exchanged, receive a refund or discount depending on the situation.

Naturally, a warranty claim must be justified, and cannot refer to a defect or deficiency arising as a result of incorrect use of the product or negligent use.

How quickly should I make a warranty claim?
Warranty claims must be made within "a reasonable period" of a defect being discovered. Claims must be made within two months of a defect being discovered to be valid.

We refund reasonable carriage costs
If a claim is valid, we will naturally refund any reasonable carriage costs you may have incurred.
